i dont c-bet into the shorty.

as played im more inclined to c/f or c/c a small bet. i dont think we have much fold equity and we arent getting the odds to hit our hand...

I think it's all right. You're probably going to lose if he calls, but you do at least protect your hand if it's best (and perhaps you have a little folding equity versus better PPs if this Villain is the type to try to make his remaining stack last). The problem is that, if you check, you're not going to have an easy decision anyway. I mean, probably you're behind if he pushes (and the flop call suggests you probably are as well), but short-stacks can be erratic, so who knows, and, besides that, you do have outs.

Seems fine to me, the flop is pretty dry and there is a good chance that you'll take it down with a CB. There is still a good chance you are ahead on the turn and pushing gives you maximum fold equity while still having some outs if he calls.
