Once CO raises the river, it looks like the nearly random hand he saw the flop with can now be narrowed to Qx or two diamonds. (Either that, or he's playing around because he thinks the two of you are chopping.)

Qx outnumbers XdXd in terms of combos, so the river push seems fine to me.
