Bet more on teh flop, turn is fine, on teh river I would have c/c.

I would also bet more on flop.

Why are we not getting it all in on the river? Are we really afraid of a full house?

Might be a smaller flush or even Jx, i'd consiber 3-betting the river vs this type of villian.

If he had KJ or a set, and he's solid, I'd expect him to raise that flop, so I don't know how much I'm buying a full house here.
