I like a call. You donīt really have that much equity against a lot of hands so raising for value is kind of iffy. On the other hand there is a good chance you have the best hand and you want to see a turn and the price is pretty good. Villain will probably fire 3 tiny bets into the pot so calling down seems like a good plan.

This is a play that does seem to be gaining in popularity. It's like a weird (but large) flop c-bet that's spread out over three streets.
