U guys might find this quite obvious but i wasnt sure how to get that last money in exactly maximizing my chance that he would call without a spade, which i didnt think he had.

You aren't going to get a dime out of him most likely if he doesn't have a spade. Just bet and cross your fingers that he has the Js.

Most likely not no, but u never know (seems to be a CS, and it is the microstakes after all..).
Was actually thinking about checking behind representing to be scared of the flush. Maybe inducing a bet on the river.
Guess I shouldnt because of the possibilty of him drawing to a FH and since im OOP (not to mention his apparent passiveness).
But anyways i was wondering would you guys just shove? I was thinking about a ''scared'' bet but seemed silly to bet like 4$ in a 20$ pot. I dont know, like I said it seems obvious, and 99% of the time he idd is prolly folding w/o Spades. Was just wondering what exactly u guys would do here.

This is not a recognized hand history format.

If he called a bet on the flop you can hope that he had a reasonably high spade. If you check here and then get really aggro on the river I think you will get less value than if you just go ahead and lead the turn.
