I just sat down at the table a few hands earlier, so have no reads. What do you do here ? Is it best to fold, call or 4-bet ? Calling means there will probably be a c-bet on the flop and if I miss - I have to fold. If I 4-bet - how much ?

i only 4bet if there is a history of 3betting, and im obv calling a shove. otherwise i call everytime and play out the hand

Calling here is standard in position. OOP you have to decide if you want to shove or fold, but in position there is definitely no problem taking a flop.
