I have less than 20 hands on Villan, but he has raised PF a few times. I dont think his c-bet narrows his range at all.
Not really sure how "monster" this draw is, i'm really only ahead of QQ if i get called.

This is still pretty much the only way to play it, right?

short handed (and even not quite often), I 4bet this PF
as for how much of a monster draw this is, it is quite the monster
9 clean outs for a flush, + 6 possible clean outs for top pair(they're only not clean outs if you are up against JJ/55/44), twice makes you a solid ~55% favourite, just get it in


edit: made a typo before, straight = top pair

Completely standard. I like 4betting here if we are OOP but in pos I think calling is best.
