pretty sure im beat here, villains line looks like a monster. But does he have enough for me to fold?
Also, who checks behind on the turn? I felt I had to bet because of all the draws

When you bet the turn (putting in like half villain's stack), you committed. Or didn't you? Anyways, any reads on villain? Stats?

This should be a call, anyways.

I would bet pot on that flop, don't know if it matters, or if it's a good idea though. The fact that he sat down with 1/2 bi and that it's his first hand makes this a really sick spot imo. I don't know what's best I might fold here.

Hey Hebel,

On the turn you must call getting $10-$2 odds on your money with KK vs a shortstack on a NON-threatening board.

yes i know you consider the paired board scary, however this is in fact a GOOD board for KK due to absence of str8/flush/2pr possibilites.

of course sometimes he has a ten, but u must call anyway. I'm sure he has it less than 4/5 times which is all u need in order for your call to be profitable.

Never, ever, ever check behind turn here. It's a semiconnected two flush board where a lot of draws connect with villain's range.

Anyways, I never fold KK heads up for 50 BB unless an ace flops. Villain's line screams strength but you're getting 3:1 with a strong hand. I do fold this here if you were 100 BB deep, though.

I agree with Shattered

I think you are behind a lot here but you have to call given the odds you are getting.

pretty much my thinking. i said "here, take it" into chat, called, and lost to 8s full. for 100 bbs though i think this is a definite fold
