I'm quite unsure as to whether I played this well enough, though I have up to 16 outs (10 spades, 3 fours, 3 aces) and am probably slightly ahead of high PP's. What do you think of my leading the flop, and was the allin reraise the right move?

I'm aware the UTG raise is a bit loose, and it would be interesting to know how other people play Axs from EP.

I fold Axs from ep pre flop. Once you get here this way, though, bet the flop strong, and then shove over his raise like you did. Pretty standard other than pre flop.

Any spade, ace or 4 is probably good

I like it, but I make my Cbet bigger, close to potsize and obv. trying to get it in.

cbet looks a little unconvincing. Good size for b/3b with unobservant vllan but looks like a draw.

Thanks for the replies so far, been very helpful, but just to clarify about flop draw betsizing:

ok, so generally, it is best to bet draws more strongly to (a) make it easier for villain to call his whole stack when my draw hits and (b) disguise my hand so it does not look like an obvious draw.

Am I right here?

No, you wanna bet more to get him to fold easier. You don't really care if he calls, but we only have ace high right now. You also wanna bet around the same amount you would as if you had a pair on this board (whether it's an overpair or like A5o), so that way you can't really be read by your bet sizes.

I don't like preflop. You're not in a position to raise with suited aces imo. And I'd make the cbet a big larger. But I love the rest.
