Is it better to bet small here... say around $1.50 to $2 to try to trap, or should I just keep firing? The board is pretty dry, but there is a heart-draw out... should I be concerned about protecting my hand here?

Re-raise pre-flop. You are well ahead of villain's range, and he's so passive post-flop that you will know if your pair of queens is good or not.

On the turn bet $3. You want to build a big pot and protect against flush draws. A $3 bet lets you bet $5-$9 on the river while a $1.50 bet only lets you bet $3-$6. Big difference.

Listen to this guy. At micro you want to play your sets aggressively always. Make normal 3/4-full pot sized bets on all streets is a default line.

Villain insta-folded after my turn bet. After the fact I wondered if a smaller bet might have gotten more action. Happy to see that it looks like I was on the right track all along.

Khaos4k: I agree that 3betting (or rather the lack of it) is a leak of mine. I'll start keeping my eyes open for 3betting opportunities.
