no reads on villain

this hand is awful. I absolutely cannot put villain on a hand
100% sure the river is a fold, but wtf?

I would shove/fold the turn. You can't call the turn here because any 7, 8, 3, 2 or heart makes you wanna vomit. I would shove turn and be happy with it.

Just calling PF is fine if you have no read. You have position, try to see all three streets with a hand that has alot of showdownvalue. If you have no read that he is loose in 3-bet pots, 3-betting here doesn't seem too good.

In retrospect i really should have shoved the turn against an obvious drawing hand.

I called the river out of sheer confusion, villain turned over A8 of hearts. GG.

Why the tiny flop raise on a drawy board when you have an overpair in a big pot? Pot that sucker. You'll either get all the money in or take it down right there, and you won't have to worry about a 2/3/7/8/9/J/Q/K/A or /images/graemlins/heart.gif falling on the turn.

The mini-donk on the turn against an unknown is virtually always a draw. I stuff it in then and there every time.

Preflop I'd mostly call, sometimes 3bet but that's villian dependent.

I'd shove the turn, especially since villian weak lead both times, most likely some kind of draw wanting to see the next card cheaply.
