Zeebo shove?

Villain is 49/13/0.6/49. So pretty donkish stats but didn't seem too bad. Due to stack sizes a shove is a pretty big overbet here and this makes it much easier for him to fold imo. Flop play was just mixing it up btw. So, value raise or zeebo shove?
