When is the best time to pop it? Flop? Turn? River? The turn seemed like a good time to me, especially since it made a four-card straight. I'm scared to lose both of them. However, since I'm a nit, I'm also scared of the board pairing. Thoughts?

What would you do if you missed the flop? Check, I presume. So I would check here too, particularly if you expect one of them to lead out most of the time.

I like how you played it.

gotta raise the flop. Since it wasn't raised preflop its gonna be hard to get all MPs money. Got to make up for lost pot size.
