Villian is 83/26 over 40 hands

I thought Villian had just open limped preflop hence the small 3-bet.

Final Pot: $13.25

My fold to river bet statistic in PT is extremely high (~80%) and I am trying to plug this leak. Is this a good spot for a call?

Easy call for me. Villain is bluffing more often than not here I think, especially after you checked twice.

Yeah I'd call. If villain had a Jack he would have gotten excited before this. The only conceivable hand he could have which beats you is a set of 5's.

The fact that your 9's block many of his straights makes this an easy call IMO.

Looks like AK/AQ/KQ type hand, 86s+ type hand, maybe small pair. I am value betting river, calling a raise.
