I think he could very well have AJ/KJ/QJ/10J/910 probably 88/66.

Maybe it would have been better to bet/fold the turn and evtl. take a free showdown.

Any suggestions ?
Does anyone call that river ?

he seems reasonably aggressive postflop, so i'd have to include hands like 77, 99, TT, 97s as well. i probably call, we only need to be good ~28% of the time for it to be breakeven...it's close though.

I would b/f the turn here.

I think if you check the turn behind you have to call this river, the Qs or any A obviously is a bad river card tho. I call.

this isn't always the case, sometimes a guy's range still murders us even though we check behind and our hand is underrepped. however in this case (due to his postflop af and the additional hands i think he can hold) i think you're right.
