had to slightly edit since it came out wrong...

CO is 38/24
button is 52/25 and ive been beating up on him since he gives up way too easily postflop, and seems to fold to 3 bets often pre when he opens

Poker Stars, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players

UTG: $33.05
CO: $29.05
BTN: $19.65
Hero (SB): $30
BB: $41.45

Pre-Flop: A/images/graemlins/club.gif K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif dealt to Hero (SB)
2 folds, <font color="red">CO raises to .75<font color="red">, BTN raises to $2</font></font>

whats the line?

Both CO and Button seem te raise a lot. That probably means that your hand is ahead of their range. I'd 4bet here. If CO folds and Button pushes you have a tough decission though.

Say you raise to $6 here. If BTN pushes, there will be ($.75+$19.65+6=) $26,40 in the pot, and you have to call $20.40. Think you can fold then. But I wouldn't see the raise and 3bet as very strong...

I'm OK with this but if you are called by one opponent, are you check folding if you whiff the flop having committed 1/3 your stack?

Depends on a number of things, but I'd raise to 7 preflop if I were considering not felting.

oh well...

4bet for sure preflop. You have to call if btn shoves. I think if CO shoves and btn folds there is a chance a fold might be fine here considering he 5-bet into 2 players. Flip at best IMO.
