Villain is playing 22/12 and there are no real reads or history. Who folds this pre? His 3bet was so small it seemed weak to lay it down. Is this spew?

Preflop's marginal. I think it depends on his 3-bet range. OOP i'd probably fold to a decent size 3-bet but you're getting good odds so a call's alright. I love that play on the flop particularly if he can fold overpairs. Heaps of fold equity against AK, AQ and heaps of outs against overpairs.

That's not a small rr pf -- especially considering his stack size. He's in position, too.

22/12's don't usually 3bet light. 22/20's do.

Flop play is fine. Pf is marginal... I hate folding there too, but it's probably the right move if you're not going to 4bet/push. Hm, the more I think about it, I wouldn't recommend flatting AK pf ever, so why would I even say it's marginal? Because it's suited, I guess...
