what's the plan for the river? Callling near pot on the turn seems kinda bad if you're just gonna fold the river.

Why are u not 3 betting preflop?

I called preflop, because limper had been open shoving two hands before for $30. Also stacks are deep

First off 3bet pre. If you for some reason dont want to 3bet pre then I would raise this flop and if you get called c/f turn.

they are deep so u want to get really tricky and call out of position? Very bad idea. 3 bet to $8 then lead flop.

You really have no clue if he has a Q or not, all you have done is check call.

I'm not sure I understand the issue with this hand. That is a great flop for you. You've done nothing to make the villain define his hand - for all you know, he could perceive your play as a missed draw on the river. As played, I call - however, I would have 3-bet pre or c/r'd flop.

As played I definitely call river. The only thing different on the river from the turn is that JJ just filled up, so unless you put him on JJ, you have to call. If you wanted to fold, then you can do that on the turn but I dont think thats correct either. Not to beat a dead horse but next time please 3 bet pf, bet the flop, bet the turn, bet the river.

yea your hand is seriously underrepped, its reasonable to put you on a club draw...played like this, i think the river has to be called

What hand are we expecting to see here if we call? Is there anything we beat that would bet besides a bluff?

As weak as Hero's line was, I think lots of mid pocket pairs bet for value here.

Like TT and 88 expecting calls from 9x, 88, 77, 6x and worse PPs? That's an awfully slim value bet.
