I would fold pretty quickly here against an unknown. You really cant count your overs as full outs, and can only be really happy with one of the 3 non heart queens.

From my experience, pot sized donk bets are not air. He probably has at least an over pair here or maybe TPTK. He could be on a heart draw or just a maniac.

I'd probably give him this pot. With smaller donk bets, I am 99% of the time raising. I've raised these pot sized donk bets and they always come over the top or cc and fire on turn.
