SB is tight or loose preflop? I think that matters here. It's possible this could be a 7, but unlikely. Most of the time you are splitting or losing. Hard to say without any sort of read.

reload before starting the hand, but push this imo. there are loads more lone 7's than QKs

With a 75 bb stack this is a standard push IMO. You will see QK, but you can also see a lone Q which youre free rolling against, possibly even a 7. If villain EVER does this with a set then its even more standard of a call.
