The 3bet calling range of the CO is probably something like TT-QQ,AK. AA-KK will probably 4bet preflop. There are however quite a few people who call 3bets much more liberally, but let's assume CO is at least semi-decent.

Bet this flop, for like 2/3 pot. 3 reasons
1) This pot is big already and you want to win it.
2) You can get value from JJ-QQ, maybe even AK (against a bad player). The chance that he has TT is very small, so I ignore it.
3) There are not many cards in the deck that improve your holding (only 2, the remaining Kings). But since you don't much about villain holding, quite a few may improve his holding, especially when he's calling 3bets liberally with things like broadway cards.

BB is big blinds, not dollars. Even for 25NL it's quite normal to be 100 blinds deep.

I agree with Kroelie, I don't like your check on the flop here. On the turn I probably would've raised his 8bb bet, just calling it gives you no idea where you are in the hand, and you could win it right there.

I think you are losing lots of value here. Bet the flop. This is a great paired board for you. Raise the turn. Valuebet river. You have the second best hand there is in NL, where ar e you afraid of?
