I'm not sure I like letting him get by with such a small amount on turn. Since you have the K/images/graemlins/heart.gif and his most likely hand is Kx, it does seem ok though.

i like it i think. i can't really think of anything better atm, at first glance i liked raising the turn, but this seems okay vs. an unknown.

I was 50/50 about raising turn, but his bet really felt like a King for some reason and I didnt want to give him the opportunity to make a good lay down.

Im raising the turn here for value. I think you will miss a lot of value all teh times villain doesnt bet out pot on the river (Which will be often)

If I raise the turn though, its going to be like 9 or so. Are most villains calling that with a weak king?

i like raising the turn for value too, it is probably more +EV in the run long vs standard NL25 players.

Does anyone think his turn bet is pretty weak, maybe a scared bet? If thats true, then wouldnt a standard turn raise push him off his holding more often than not?

yes, the things i have seen people call with are amazing, TP is the nuts for alot of players. when villain looks weak do not stop putting money in the pot, they will call.

Guess I should have gone with my initial reaction and raised. Like I said before, the only thing that deterred me was his small bet. Many times a weak bet like that is a marginal hand that will fold to a raise and I really didnt want him going anywhere.

yea I believe raising the turn here is good. although I do like the river play. and I will sometimes make plays like this but usually only if I know that the villian will beg big on the river. However bets like that on the turn really piss me off, and ill usually reraise with just air(i believe this might be spew though)
