just because his stats are crazy doesn't mean he never has a hand. Just drop it after he raises your flop bet. This is spew and this is how 24/28s make money. they play crazy and get paid.

Nay, but I change it to a Yay if you do it with something that has at least 6 outs (and maybe a backdoor draw for good luck!) -- or TT, which, unlike 66, puts just enough of a hurtin' on his calling range (namely, that part of it that contains 9x hands that feel committed and cry-call) that I feel better about your total equity when bet/3-betting this spot.

This is 1010/JJ most of the time.
Fold flop unless you've seen him do this with AQ/AK more then once.

Nay.

He has a draw with overs at the worst.

His range crushes you.

so let me get this right. you're telling me that you are folding 100% to this flop 2bet WITHOUT QQ, KK, or AA here? if so...then...wow.

and what is "most of the time"?

i'll never have a 6-outter hand here 3betting pre vs a player like this. 54o/s and 67o/s has no equity pre vs this guy, and on the flop (except for above)

T9o+ though, yeah.

given that i'll never have that 3betting him pre, and now he's 2betting me for pot MINUS my bet, i do not feel like i'm much of a dog putting it in here.

this is the only argument that's valid here. i'm assuming ur saying this because of the flop raise, and i'd agree with you, if the following 2 conditions were true (maybe even only 1):

the flop texture was different, even only slightly:

9/images/graemlins/spade.gif 7/images/graemlins/spade.gif 2x

and

his stats were 28/24/1/2300

Wait wait.. What does prelop equity had to do with 3betting light unless the villain is a calling station or a 14/10 with 14 att to steal?

66 OOP - for value?

This is top 50 from poker stove. I'm sure he is a little tight from CO.
