Okay so here are my stats. I actually had a $1500 bankroll a few months ago but cashed out everything cause I was sick of poker and spent it all. I started again though and worked my way up from 2NL in a little over a month and once again, scared to play 25NL.

Question: Is it normal to have $75+ swings in a given session of 25NL if i'm 12 tabling? It seems like whenever I move up to 25NL I run horrible. I can't play less than 12 tables because I seem to make worse decisions and overplay my hands/bluff more.

Also, what's a decent winrate at 25NL? Right now my bankroll is around $1050. Is this enough for 12 tabling? Why am I so scared of 25nl?

not sure why your scared to move up but just the thought of playing 100K hands of penny poker made me puke in my mouth a little bit.

Play less tables. This allows you to actually learn something and gives you time think what you do before you do it. Then when you feel comfortable playing NL25 you can add more tables. Then repeat at NL50, NL100...

1K is more than enough to play NL25. You are just not used to lose (or win) +75 in a session. But I can assure you, you will get used to it. It just takes some time.

definately agrea with this, 12 tables will really kill your thought processes until your really used to the limit

HasPair summed it up perfectly, the number of tables your playing a 3 buyin swing in a session is ridiculously standard unless you have a very low stopping point

lol i started playing 25nl w/ about 550$ then moved up to 50nl with like 1000$ish and started playing 100nl when i got to 2150$. Now iŽm taking shots at 200nl w/ a 4100$ br. The games are incredibly soft atm. imo you defentely are a winner at micros you only have to get the right mindset to play higher limits. if you manage to forget about money then you should be fine. but swings at 25nl can defenetly be bigger than 3bi. at 100nl i recently had a 7bi downswing which is nothin uncommon.
I sure youŽll manage though. as a tip try to play like 10k hands without looking at the money in your account once that should really help. and gl with moving up

Yeah when i reach 25 buy ins I take a 5 buyin shot....if i lose 10k more hands at the lower level.
