I would either make it $22ish on the flop or shove turn. Flop is very drawy and your way ahead of a 45/12 check/minraise range, so I would 3 ball the flop. Why play this hand so passive against what appears to be a bad player?

i shove the flop alot and i DEFF shove over his turn bet. board is wickid drawy and this guy sucks so is capable of callin with a fd or w/e

Bet flop a bit harder. It's super drawy.

If he still min raises, then you've got a decision whether to flat call and wait for a safe card or push it right there. It's close between those two. I'd push by the turn. 2c is like the definition of a safe card on this board.
