He was a normal NL25 nit. I haven't the odds to call if he only pushs straight and flush but i have top set. So it was difficult decision for me.
What would you do?

rebuy preflop.

After you raise his bet to 8.75 you are committed. I think I'd just call him there.. he seems like the kind of tard that will either bet $1 on the river again, or shove. So if you hit you stack him, sometimes it costs you $1-2, other times you can fold the river when you miss.

Raise flop more, you're giving too good odds to draw.
