I'd bet again on the turn and c/f river.
Against an unknown i'd fold here.

He most probably didn't connect with the K. He checked twice postflop showing weakness. The bet on the river gives you 1:3, so you need 25% to make your hand. Beating you is

AK/KQ (which I don't think he has, because of his weak postflop checking)
slowplayed small pocketpairs 2 or 4.
slowplayed pocket kings.
A2/K2 (which I don't think he has, because of his weak postflop checking)

I doubt that he'd reraise you preflop with pocketspairs 2 or 4 though. The only real fear is slowplayed pocket kings. I'd take the 25% chance and call the river.

Not much in the way of draws on the flop.. he played his hand very weirdly no matter what he has. getting almost 4:1 though I might call simply for information and the fact that he might have something like AQ/AJ.
