Villain is readless

I find these situations difficult as I don't know if I can double barrel or check for pot control.

1) Do you bet the turn?
2) Call the river?

I call the river bet, your getting 5-1 and he can have a lone 8 and T9 enough imo

Bigger bet on flop.

Call river.

You only gotta win like 17 or 18% of the time here.
