Villain is 69/30/3 and berating another opponent for sucking out with KK vs his AA (so i think he's on tilt). Also, I realize it's a tough spot 3b-ing ATo, but he's been stealing my blinds and I feel my range is ahead of btn raising. I was leaning towards a fold, I nearly timed out here, but I thought he would do this with a wide range of hands (heart draws) that calling the turn shove could be profitable. I'm also unsure of the flop play, whether to shove over it, or just call and get it in on a blank turn (the 8 is basically a blank unless villain was drawing w/ a gs). If we 3b-shove on the flop do we only get called by better hands? Are we folding a heart turn? I was just pretty confused by this spot, his range is so wide I wasn't sure what to assign to him in pokerstove.

i would make my 3bet a little larger.

this looks pretty standard with your reads.

As for 3betting the flop, in this case, I wouldn't. He is going to shove this turn so often with his entire range, I dont want to give him the chance to fold.

By raising the flop he's committed himself to the pot if he has an OESD or 4flush. Pot's $44 if you call, $70 if you put him all-in and he only needs to call $26. If you plan on continuing, which I would, I would just put him in now.
