since you have the As I don't mind the turn call at all.

If you really read him for the flush the fold on the river is ok.

if you are positive he got the flush then it's a simple odds problem:
4.35:1 pot odds
you make your flush around 20%, so call.

It's unlikely he's check-folding the river if another club comes off so your implied odds are even better than this.

It's around 15% with 7outs.
5.66:1 are the odds.
You need to get 11.5$ from him on the river.
Given the size of the pot, you'll need to get 1/4pot which is doable. Therefore the call was ok.

I'd just like to point out that this hand is an excellent example of why minraising is looked down upon so much.
