Just sat down about 10 hands ago so no reads. I limped in because button had been very aggressive raising pretty much every hand before the flop. Of course he folds this hand.

Full Tilt Poker, $0.05/$0.10 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker (http://www.legopoker.com)Hand History Converter (http://www.legopoker.com/hh)

SB: $9.90
BB: $10.30
Hero (UTG): $10.45
MP: $4.60
CO: $9.65
BTN: $12.10

Pre-Flop: K/images/graemlins/club.gif A/images/graemlins/club.gif dealt to Hero (UTG)
Hero calls $0.10, MP folds, CO calls $0.10, 2 folds, BB checks

Flop: ($0.35) 3/images/graemlins/club.gif 6/images/graemlins/diamond.gif 6/images/graemlins/heart.gif (3 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $0.20</font>, CO calls $0.20, BB folds

Turn: ($0.75) K/images/graemlins/heart.gif (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $0.35</font>, <font color="red">CO raises to $0.70</font>, Hero????

Do I 3-bet here? I don't want to give my hand away but at the same time a reraise here may be the best play to avoid a possibly large river bet from a set. Thinking about it now with a flush draw and possible straight draw out, a raise to 2.50 may be the best play. What do you guys think?

Even with your read that button is very aggressive, I'd still raise this UTG. A limp/3bet is soooo obviously a monster...

I don't see a straight- or flushdraw minraising you here. It's either a slowplayed trips, or a K. Both are possible. I think I'd call here, and check/call a reasonable bet on the river.
