I dont like the 3bet. Youve shown strength the entire hand after the flop and hes raising u on the river telling u he has more strength. Some stats would help, i wouldnt be surprised if he had J10 here

I'd probably be inclined to check/call a bet on this river. As played I'd probably fold to his minraise because you're almost surely behind. Calling may be ok but 3betting is spew.

3-betting the river w/ bottom 2 in this spot seems like spew. Villain is almost never calling with worse in this spot. As played I call his minraise but I usually c/c a river like that.

yep check-call river. don't think there's enough value to bet here and villain may bet worse hands often enough to make a check-call the right play.
