Uh, should I bet more on flop and push this turn still or c/f turn? My image here is pretty reckless. Normally I expect to be raised if they have QQ+ on the flop, maybe not JJ. But, also expect AQ, AK to call based on how I am playing (on the flop).

I assume this line is spew. What should I have done?

No reads on villain?

I'd bet more on the flop, this looks too scared to me. I'd bet $6 here. If you do that, and get called, the pot is ~$20 and you can get it in more easily. If you get called you have a ton of outs IMO to win on the river.

Since your going to be OOP for the hand the raise pf doesn't look too good. Taking a stab looks good on the flop but when he calls i would shut down. Since you get a pretty goof card on the turn i would c/c to see the river cheap and try to keep the pot from not getting big without a hand.

reads?

preflop good. Flop bet is too small.

I doubt he bets a weak hand here very often. that said, all hands he folds to a shove i would expect to check behind.

c/f imo.

LAG opponent...32/13/3. I don't expect him to check behind very much, even with no hand here. This flop bet from me isn't really weak, it's just about what I do in a 3bet pot every time. They probably don't know that though. So, yeah, it does look weak. I'm doing same with JJ+ (including shoving turn). And, not with AK unless I pick up the flush draw--does it make a difference that it's not NFD? IMO I should have bet $5.5-6 on flop and shoved turn looking back but this may still be spew. Only do this with made hands? Heh.

Calling one raiser w/ AK looks a lot worse unless he's a super nit.

I don't think I mind the turn shove actually. I think when you add fold equity + the fact you have 8 outs to beat a set and possibly 15 if he has qq, shoving is probably better than check folding an $8 investment IMO.

"an $8 investment..."

It's a 4 dollar investment. Villain put in 4 of his own.

"Hero raises to 3.75" preflop
"Hero bets 4.50" on flop

$8.25 investment.

if you think villians are going to call you down lightly preflop, raise a little more, and bet like 3/4 - 5/6t the pot on the flop. if called shut down on the turn unless your AK comes, try and see a free card, but check/fold river if you dont get a card you need
