Villian has played 1 hand out of 9 and he had AA, FWIW.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool (http://poker-tools.flopturnriver.com/Hand-Converter.php) from FlopTurnRiver.com (http://www.flopturnriver.com) (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($54.65)
BB ($67.20)
UTG ($32.25)
MP ($35.90)
CO ($52.65)
Hero ($20)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 8/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 8/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP calls $0.50, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls $0.50, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to $3</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP folds, Hero calls $2.50.

Flop: ($7) 7/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 5/images/graemlins/club.gif, 6/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $6</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $17</font>

I decided to push here because:
1. I may have the best hand.
2. If I don't, he may fold to the push.
3. If he calls I still have 8 outs to a straight and 2 possible out to a set.

Correct?

Question, if I raise preflop and I am re-raised by villian, what do I do?

as played fold to raise

Is this because of my small stack vs. the odds of hitting a set?
