Wow, am I ever ahead here? Have got absolutely no idea where I'm at. Villain is 30/11/1.1 over 50 hands.
What's my plan here, check/call safe cards (although unless it comes something like, 3 then 5 I'm worried) or should I raise flop with intention of getting it in?

How did he raise without doubling it? You should be ahead. If you raise again things change, can't see call/push now by too many worse hands. Have position. I call this 3bet and go from there.

he raised $3 to 4.. bb raised $3 more to $7

If he has 78 or 66 here he gets my $. He isn't very agressive over those 50 hands u have, but you still beat many of his possible hands.

Yeah I think he gets my $$$ too here u beat several hands and potential bluffs... I like the flat call of his min reraise and go from there on the turn.
