thinking of trying out UB [Archive] - Two Plus Two Newer Archives

I saw the double flop holdem and royal holdem games and they look like a lot of fun. Does anyone play them much on UB or are they not really games people play alot? What limits are available for these games?

UB is alright except for a three table limit.

the plusses of playing there are miniview and rakeback.

They don't spread double flop hold'em, I have been playing there since late 2003 and have never seen it.

They do have crazy pineapple and TDL.

It's described in the UB help files, but I've never seen in myself. Anyway, UB is an OK place to play; I never found it as satisfying as Party or Stars, though. Still, triple draw can be pretty profitable if you play it properly.

I used to play HU on UB. The game selection is pretty poor and the cashouts take way longer than Party or Stars. But the software is amazingly fast and Royal Holdem is really fun.

I hated my last 2 bonus clearing stints there.

Play was nun's hoo-ha tight at the $1/2 full-ring, and the bonus cleared very very slowly.

Wish I would have known about the 6 tables thing, as it might be a while before I go back there.
