Your 3-bet to 20 puts you a bad spot. If had 3-bet to 14 or so you could easily fold to a shove. Here you've committed 40% of your stack so you pretty much have to call.
If you put AK (or JJ/QQ) in his range you have the right equity to call.
But seriously, don't make it 20 if you're not going to call a shove.

Yeah after you 4-bet to 20, you can't fold here. So this is an easy call, but after he 5-bets you are going to be taking the worst of it most of the time.
3 betting to 20 is fine, 14 is probably too small.
At the next point, there is 20+2+2+5+20 in the pot, about 5-3 odds on your money, someone check a poker stove against AA-KK, AK. I think we are close, probably taking the worst of it.

AA,KK & AK against QQ is 60/40 but to be honest I don't think we see AK here enough. AA,KK & AKs is a 73/27 favourite. I think I have to fold.

if the table's stats are loose i'd be more likely to call here.

Is calling here a leak? short-handed, I cannot find a fold.

I fold JJ/QQ here alot, maybe a leak, never sure.
I have my own style here, when I think it's very close (which it is atm) I call this shove IF:
1. His stats tell me to (he has a very high AF, big PFR or just very loose in general)
2. I have been VERY active raising a LOT lately, say maybe the last couple of hands.
3. He hates me because of pots that I took from him.
Otherwise I just fold.

He's new to the table and already has $80 so I'm calling since I assume he's overaggressive. We probably have about 30% equity against a sane player.

Never ever 3-bet 40% of your stack preflop and fold.
