A situation I always have trouble with is how to play from the blinds against an lag in late position. Lets say villian is 40/25 ish and loves to call 3bets and loves to bluff after the flop.

100b effective stacks
Villian raises 3x on button. I make it 10x with KdQd from the small blind. Villian calls. Should I just call from the small blind with a hand like this against this type of player?
Flop: Ad 6d 2h
I bet 3/4ths pot and call a push?
