Villain is very aggro 34/26/11 I'm plying TAG 22/17/2. I'm confused by his line, are we value betting the river?

He is afraid of the flush. I probably just check it down as your hand has alot of showdown value but is vulnerable to being bluff raised out of the pot. IMO he has a jack or something and was afraid you just spiked on him but I check behind as sometimes these very aggro villains take weird lines w/ Flush draws especially after they hit them. I would hate to see you value bet like 10-15 here and get raised AI..

I really think he might have also been trying to bluff raise you on the flop thinking you were making a cbet. That is a strong possibility, i which case he has nothing on the river and won't call any bet. Another argument for just checking
