This seems like pretty much the hand you're waiting for vs. an aggro-crag.

Anytime you get all-in on the flop with your set it's almost certainly fine.

The fact that he's posting it suggests he got beat, but c'mon...you got coolered. Set of 2's is the gold standard for nailing this guy.

In before the lock

[x] Hero gets money in behind on a cooler and wonders if he could of folded a SET to a guy who could have AIR/1Pair/2nd pair/third pair/naked FD/GSD ONLY/ETC

:P

110% standard

your flop raise size is gross...make it at least 17 and figure out what you're going to spend his money on when he raises.

You raised to 12...making him have to call 7 into like 24...he had odds with a draw.

thanks the the reply guys, and you've just exposed a big flaw in my game, the size of my raises.

By the way villain had pocket aces.

I hate open limping pf, its so transparent. I love these tags who do it all day then just cf every non-set flop.
Otherwise, totally standard...I'd raise bigger on the flop though, he's not folding an ace to 1 bet

ShipitFMA has a point. Raise that [censored] up. You're UTG. If you get reraised you're probably are up against QQ+ maybe AK. so you can let this hand go preflop.
