Playing without HUD so I don't have stats...villain in question is a fairly tight/passive preflop, though he will mix in some loose calls from time to time. I don't have much of an idea on his minraising range. MP is unknown.

Fold... You are behind his range esp. if he is tight passive. Looks like a pretty standard fold here.

I tend to give credit to a UTG 4bet in this spot. I fold and move on. Best case scenario is against AK/JJ, and its gonna cost alot of money to find out. You dont have odds to set mine.
