Thinking of doing this bonus , but i've looked over bonuswhores for the info which they was plenty of.
Just got a couple of questions.
What do they class as a raked hand. I understand it has to be played at .25/.50 and above which is fine.
Just wondering if it is a dealt hands bounus or a contributed hand???
Also if the average pot at .25/.50 will qualify for a full raked hand.
Hope some can clear this up for me thanks in advance
EDIT i'm planning on playing .25/.50 limit holdem

I've cleared a couple of Prima bonuses and it's easiest at .5/1 the pot has to get to $5 to be raked for .25 and count (5 BB happens often)
I'm not sure about .25/.50 though, for the rake to reach .25 (that's the qualifier) it'll take alot longer.

I didn't have my PT/PA-HUD going but I played 2,200 hands at a Prima skin over the past 3 days and cleared $110 in winnings to go wtih the $100 bonus (I was running well and playing fine)
There were a few tightish players at each table (looked to be other whores probably) but there were plenty of morons, usually at least 1-2 at each table keeping things good.
The selection is a little tough, they normally only had 3-5 full .5/1 going (I play full, not 6 max).
I normally 6 table but the Prima software makes you act on your hand so fast I could only manage 4 tables.
Of those 2,200 hands 880 or so were considered "raked"

If you are going to be playing .25/.50, then you are in for a good deal. I started playing volume poker at this limit on Prima, and found the tables to be incredibly easy to beat - and this was when I was just starting out.
There's nothing wrong with clearing this bonus at .25/.50, since you'll spend lots of time building your bankroll up the natural way (by winning), and that's a good thing. I started at RV with the free $10, turned that into $25 at .10/.20, and deposited $50 and ran with it. I haven't put a dime into poker since. I also haven't made it big, but that's a different story.
The .5/1 games are somewhat tighter, but are going to be tough on a smaller bankroll.
Cashout is a major hassle if you don't deposit via neteller. They will want much in the way of verification for credit card deposits (scans of: DL, CC, utility bill). I didn't mind too much when I had to do it, but your mileage will undoubtedly vary.

Is it just me... I have no problem at Party or Paradise (>6bb/100) at 0.5/1 but can't make any headway on Prima - 0.27bb/100 after 10k. OK it's not a huge sample size but the difference is significant. I play UK evenings so it's off peak US time: does that make a difference? Just finished 4-tabling with table VPIPs of 17-24% and PFR 6-10%.

Just noticed the cashout requirement at RV:-
For Example: Royal Vegas Poker offers 40% on $100. The player purchases $200 and receives $40 bonus, based on $100 being the upper limit for the deposit bonus. The raked hand requirement for cashing in, according to this example, will be 10 x $40 = 400 plus 10 x $100 = 1,000, making the total raked hands required = 1,400 raked hands.
So that's 1400 for $40 = 35x i.e one of the worst bonuses on the Prima network.

Sign up through Royal Vegas via PokerListings for a $500 10x bonus.. if you don't want to play 5k hands, they release the bonus money in increments of $50 (500 hands).
Have fun withdrawing from there /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Question about pokerlistings $500 bonus at Royal Vegas.
I have looked at pokerlisting's $500 bonus and was wondering if there is a deposit code to qualify for the bonus or do you just download through their link? Also, is it like other Prima sites where its raked hands where u are dealt cards or do you have to contrbute to the rake? I see that the bonus releases in increments of $50, do you have e-mail to claim the bonus or is it automatically credited, if so how long does it usally take.
Your responses are appreciated.
