Villain hadn't been stealing much or raising from the button so I didn't think 3-betting was an option.

Hero??

I think there is a good chance that this is just a C-bet and that I've got the best hand. Either I fold and wait for a better spot or I raise. I think if I call I'm in a tough spot if villain leads turn.

this is read dependant
you are right that floating OOP is bad, you have to act first and if you check turn it will increase the chance of him firing again with worse
raising as a bluff into 2 oponents is quite expensive and what do you do if you get called?

the pot is not that big to fight for, easy fold imo

wait for a better spot to stack the donk

This is NL10, dont get stupid. A better chance than this will be 5 hands away at worst.

It isn't a very big cbet. Calling here is of no benefit, also you have to admit that you'd need to see a 6 to feel comfortable. I would probably fold and hope that the next time i have a hand he is in. I don't want to play a big pot with a small hand here.
