Would you 3-bet the flop and if not what's our plan for the rest of the hand?

Turn: I don't think you can get away from this
here how would you play the hand?
UTG has been playing reasonably tight, but just has shown down 1 Hand:

After seeing the first hand I would shove the flop and be pretty happy about it.

1- if you 3-bet the flop to 7, you're probably getting it in on most turns. as played, bet 8 and call a shove.

Why just 3-bet the flop to 7? Shouldn't you raise more to something like 10$?

threebetting the flop to 7 lets morons get pot committed without realizing it. as played shove shove shove, this guy will probably call you with any piece and is not thinking about your cards.
