ummm not really sure it was played "improperly", i mean villain is taking a really weird line here.

I might bet this river like ~ 10$, because he isn't bluff pushing anything you lose to, and you might get a call from a strong ten or a weak ace (which is what I think he has). It might seem thin, but its a good 20bb, and you'll get called plenty by worse hands.

Yeah I can't tell if he wants you to raise him on the turn or just wants a cheap showdown
