Ok, Villain is standard TAG but we've been playing back at each slightly. No big pots. I 3bet on the button and I'm sure Im ahead of his range. please berate me for not betting flop but is there any possiblity of a call here?

If villain is a standard TAG, I cant see you beating much on the river. Fold. You already mentioned it, but you should bet the flop. Then you can see what villain does on the turn.. whether he leads out at you, or checks.
