Eh. I'd bet ~$4, because that's what I'm doing with a set here. C/f is a reasonable choice as well. I think you are getting raised a lot unless he's set mining in a 3bet pot. But, this should have hit him pretty hard.

I bet the smallest amount I can get away with (without showing weakness) in these situations. Because they will fold an underpair to you, and hands like AQ won't have the guts to rr you.
