A friend's question (instant bankroll expiration)

My friend signed up for instant bankroll, and didn't do it within a month. He got an e-mail saying the offer had expired on him. Is he out of luck?

Yeah, it only takes 500 raked hands as long as the rake was $.10. The only other thing he had to do was call a phone number and answer about 7 questions and there is $75 in his account.

Yeah, pretty much. When I got off the phone with them, they told me very specifically that I had 30 days to complete the 500 hands (which I completed in about a week, of playing an hour/day)
