ya i usually isolate pre but definetly standard as played.

depends who opened UTG. I'll probably isolate here against any player raising more than 12%~ of their hands.

i'd say you are losing to exactly 1 hand, QQ, since KK+ almost always reraises preflop unless UTG is horrid. flop bet is a must since all lower pairs will call + protection vs AK etc

I prefer to reraise preflop to isolate / make a sidepot. As played, it looks standard postflop. You're definitely ahead of UTG's range.
