This is why I don't like calling a raise with K-Q. Any suggestions for playing the turn ?

I only played a couple of hands with this player - and he had already pushed all-in with a very small stack on a flop with nothing ! He just bought in for some more chips.

I fold this preflop, so I do not get in this situation on the flop.

I hate your turn raise, since it blows up the pot with a quite marginal holding on this board. If you know that he goes insane with all sorts of junk, then take the opportunity to get cheap to showdown that he is giving you here. I.e. call his initial turnbet.

As played fold to 3bet on turn. The only hand you have represented here is a good queen or a flush, he's not afraid of both since he's shoving anyway.
